The average issue tracker confuses you, and your clients especially, with options and details. Trackie simply focuses on what’s important and gets out of your way.
If you invite your clients to your project at Trackie - so they can see what's going on - they get a special, extra simple experience.
Trackie does not force any kind of process on you. With custom statuses, you decide what the process is. For each project.
As your project grows larger, you may want to separate different types of issues into different groups. No problemo. Just drag, drop and go.
An issue tracker, or some call it a bug tracker, helps you keep track of unresolved issues or bugs that are part of an ongoing project. It helps you and whoever you're doing work for, keep yourself and each other up to speed of what needs to be done before the project is finished.
Trackie aims to be the most simple yet flexible issue tracker on the Web. Instead of technical and confusing, simple and intuitive. Trackie does not aim to be a full blown ticketing system for large tech organizations. It is meant to be the most suitable type of issue tracker for small teams working on small to medium sized projects.
Nothing per se. There's a bunch of them out there, free ones that you can host yourself, like Mantis or RedMine. There's also a couple of paid ones such as Pivotal Tracker. But do you feel comfortable using them? Do they speed up your work or do they slow you down? Trackie lets you take care of business and gets out of your way.
Trackie is currently in private beta. If you like, request an invite, and you may be invited to participate in the beta testing that's going on right now.
The pricing plan(s) of Trackie have yet to be released. But at the very least, you will be able to use Trackie for free in a trial period.
